Reservics is a restaurant table-reservation app for Shopify. It adds an online booking widget to your storefront and gives you an admin dashboard inside Shopify to manage reservations, locations, hours, deposits, staff, and notifications. Diners book a table in a few taps without creating an account, and you cut no-shows with deposits and automatic reminders. Everything stays inside your own Shopify store, under your branding.
What Reservics does #
- Takes online bookings through a widget you place on any page of your Shopify storefront, or as a floating “Book a table” button across the whole site.
- Prevents overbooking by calculating free seats in real time from your capacity, party sizes, hours, and buffer times.
- Collects deposits through Shopify Checkout, so you can hold tables and reduce no-shows.
- Automates notifications with confirmation, reminder, and cancellation messages by email and WhatsApp.
- Manages everything in one place: a dashboard with KPIs, a bookings list, per-location settings, staff roles, and a waitlist.
Who Reservics is for #
| Restaurant type | How Reservics helps |
|---|---|
| Single cafe or bistro | Replace phone bookings with a 24/7 online form on your store |
| Multi-location group | Manage every venue, with its own hours, capacity, and rules, from one app |
| Fine dining with deposits | Take a deposit or per-guest deposit at booking to protect revenue |
| Event venues and tasting menus | Use per-guest deposits, custom forms, and approval mode for high-value seatings |
How it works #
- A diner books. They open your storefront, pick a location (if you have more than one), choose party size, date, and time, and fill in their details. If a deposit is required, they pay through Shopify Checkout.
- You manage it. The booking appears in your Reservics dashboard. You can confirm, reschedule, seat, complete, cancel, or mark a no-show, and add walk-in or phone bookings yourself.
- Reservics handles the rest. Confirmation and reminder messages go out automatically, deposits and refunds run through Shopify, and freed seats can be offered to people on your waitlist.
Built for Shopify #
Reservics runs entirely inside your Shopify ecosystem. The admin lives in your Shopify admin, the booking widget is part of your theme (no iframe, so it inherits your fonts and colors), deposits use Shopify Checkout, and diners are mirrored into your Shopify customer list so you can re-engage them. You keep your branding, your customer data, and your payments.
Plans #
Reservics has a Free plan plus paid Pro and Advance plans that unlock deposits, the waitlist, WhatsApp, multiple locations, and more. See Reservics pricing and plans for the full comparison.

Reservics is used to take and manage restaurant table reservations on a Shopify store. It adds an online booking widget to your storefront and an admin dashboard to handle bookings, hours, deposits, staff, and notifications, all in one place.
Do diners need an account to book? #
No. Diners book directly through the storefront widget without creating an account. They receive a confirmation email with a secure link to view, change, or cancel their reservation.

Yes. The booking widget is added through the Shopify theme editor and mounts natively in your theme, so it inherits your fonts and colors. You can place it on a page or as a site-wide floating button.
